The Role

• Provide leadership and full accountability for an assigned district, ensuring operational success and service excellence.
• Drive business performance to meet service and profitability goals, managing operational metrics effectively.
• Develop strong client relationships and implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor site supervisors and account managers, fostering team development and engagement.
• Create efficient scheduling strategies aligned with client needs and company objectives.
• Oversee the successful onboarding and integration of new clients within the district.

What You'll Need

• An Associate degree paired with 3+ years of experience in the security industry or business management is required.
• A PERC (Permanent Employee Registration Card) is necessary for this role.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service and manage branch operations for profitability.
• Strong organizational, self-discipline, and communication skills are essential.
• Willingness to support at lower levels when needed while managing higher-level responsibilities.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
