Our Client is seeking an SAP Organisational Change Management (OCM) Consultant, along with Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Fashion (FMS) and change management. At Remote with Travel. Position: SAP Organisational Change Management (OCM) Consultant

Location: Remote (two potential trips to Colombia over the next year)

Duration: Long-term Contract

Part-time: 20 Hours Per Week, and Must Speak Spanish

Must have: SAP OCM, SAP S/4HANA Fashion (FMS), and change management

Overview:

I need a SAP OCM Consultant for a part-time (20 hours per week) remote project for our client. Our client is doing an S/4 Fashion implementation for a company in LATAM. They need someone who speaks Spanish and could travel to Medellin, Columbia twice throughout the contract. Let me know if you have anyone based in the US who speaks Spanish.

About the Role
Our client is in an active SAP S/4HANA Fashion (FMS) implementation and needs an experienced OCM consultant to lead the change management workstream. You will join a live project team and drive user adoption, readiness, and organisational alignment through go-live and stabilisation.

Responsibilities

• Review and update the existing OCM strategy and plan for the S/4 Fashion implementation
• Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and readiness assessments across business units
• Build and manage communication plans for leadership, key users, and end users
• Partner with functional and training teams to plan and support end-user enablement
• Coach leaders and change champions to sustain adoption after go-live
• Measure adoption and address resistance with corrective action plans

Requirements

• Proven OCM experience on SAP implementations, ideally S/4HANA (Fashion/FMS or retail a strong plus)
• Fluent in Spanish and English required
• Prosci/ADKAR certification or equivalent change management methodology is highly preferred
• Hands-on experience with SAP change navigation tools and methods on live projects (SAP Activate OCM workstream, SAP Enable Now, adoption dashboards, or similar)
• Strong facilitation and executive communication skills
• US-based; travel to Colombia 2-3x during the course of the project
