Job Description

Job Title: SFMC Developer

Location: Remote
Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Must Have Skills:

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP)

  • Journey Builder
  • Email Studio
  • Automation Studio
  • AMPscript
  • SQL
  • Data Extensions
  • Salesforce CRM Integration
  • Agile/Scrum

Required Experience:

  • 10+ years of SFMC experience
  • Experience with campaign automation and customer journeys
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing and personalization
  • Experience in healthcare or insurance domain preferred

 

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage SFMC campaigns and automations
  • Develop customer journeys and dynamic email content
  • Integrate SFMC with Salesforce CRM and external systems
  • Troubleshoot campaign and platform issues
  • Work with business and marketing stakeholders in Agile environment

Nice to Have:

  • SFMC Certifications
  • SSJS
  • REST/SOAP APIs
  • Healthcare/HIPAA experience
