This expanding company is seeking an experienced HR professional to partner directly with its leadership teams, driving talent acquisition and employee relations initiatives.

The Role

• Create and execute recruitment strategies in partnership with management to attract, identify, and source top candidates.
• Coach managers and provide guidance on performance management and organizational planning.
• Interpret and apply company HR policies, procedures, and programs to provide solutions that balance business and employee needs.
• Lead and support cross-functional HR projects and initiatives.
• Partner with employees and leaders to define clear career paths and development opportunities.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (HR), Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of HR or business experience.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (such as Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite.
