Developer

Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract with a client in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate with experience leading complex platform implementations, driving end-to-end technology delivery, and ensuring successful execution of business-critical initiatives across enterprise environments.

Rate Range: $37/hour to $49/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Developer Job Responsibilities include:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology programs, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations.
• Design, implement, and support Camunda BPM/Camunda 8 process orchestration solutions, including workflow automation, system integrations, and business process optimization.
• Architect and manage cloud-native platforms using Kubernetes (EKS), AWS services, Helm charts, and containerized deployment strategies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, engineers, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Drive CI/CD automation, platform monitoring, and operational excellence using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Prometheus, Grafana, and related DevOps tools.
• Provide technical leadership, troubleshoot complex platform and integration issues, mentor team members, and ensure delivery best practices across financial services technology initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 6-8 years of experience in Technical Delivery, Platform Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, or Enterprise Application Delivery.
• Strong expertise in Camunda BPM/Camunda 8, Kubernetes (EKS), AWS cloud services, Helm, CI/CD pipelines, and process orchestration solutions within enterprise environments.
• Proven experience leading complex platform implementations, systems integration, and cloud-native application deployments, with strong stakeholder management, architectural design, and delivery leadership skills in financial services environments.

Pay Details: $37.00 to $49.00 per hour
