  • Lead pre-selling and market study activities for new applications in high-growth markets outside the automotive industry, such as data centers, EV charging, energy storage, solar, and related industrial segments.
  • Support and align the product portfolio and roadmap for power semiconductor components (focus on Silicon Carbide) with Bosch headquarters in Germany.
  • Support customer visits with the regional sales organization to discuss new products, application requirements, and product positioning.
  • Drive communication and promotion planning for products, including event content, articles, trade fairs, conferences, and customer road shows.
  • Prepare materials for senior management meetings and support standards-related topics and market intelligence sharing within the North America organization.
  • Lead strategic partnership and cooperation activities in North America, including collaboration models with external partners in areas such as packaging, foundry, and technology development.
  • Degree in electrical engineering, physics, or a comparable field; advanced technical understanding of power semiconductor components, ideally including SiC technologies, is preferred.
  • Experience in product management, strategic marketing, business development, or a comparable function in the semiconductor or electronics industry.
  • Business acumen and strategic thinking related to partnerships, cooperation models, and growth opportunities in North America, including expansion into new markets outside the automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, portfolio strategy, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
  • Ability to translate regional customer needs and market trends into product roadmaps, business cases, and aligned development priorities with international stakeholders.
  • Experience working in global matrix organizations and collaborating effectively across regions, functions, and headquarters interfaces.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including customer-facing engagement and executive communication.
  • Structured, analytical, entrepreneurial, and proactive way of working.
  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings and conferences (up to 30%).
