The Role • Develop and execute the AI strategy for Lead to Cash capabilities, aligning with business objectives and sales cycle efficiency. • Drive the integration of AI solutions across Sales, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to streamline workflows. • Oversee the development of AI-powered tools for quoting, contracting, order management, billing, and collections. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and identify AI automation opportunities for revenue acceleration. • Define and track KPIs to measure the business value and operational impact of AI implementations. • Foster relationships with AI vendors and technology partners for access to cutting-edge capabilities.
