We are currently seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to join FinXL and be deployed within a Brisbane based client.

Skills and experience

• L1-L2 Desktop Support Engineer experience
• Experience in IT Support
• Experience in workstation staging, imaging, deployment, and configuration.
• Experience troubleshooting local hardware and network patch issues.
• Experience in Microsoft environments.
• Experience in Aruba network environments, local troubleshooting & patching
• Experience in Salesforce platforms
• IT Project Management- Project Co-ordination support experience
