Head of Applications & Platforms Modernisation

The Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea Council is seeking an experienced senior leader to drive the modernisation of its Platforms and Applications function. You will unite technical teams, set clear standards and oversee security, risk and budget management across the council.

You will deputise for the Chief Information Officer when required, guiding senior officers and elected members while delivering council-wide digital transformation and resilience.
