Job Description

We are seeking an experienced AI Solution Architect / AI Engagement Lead (GenAI, Agentic AI, Cloud) to lead the architecture, design, and enterprise delivery of next-generation Generative AI solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who has successfully designed and delivered enterprise AI platforms, understands modern Agentic AI frameworks, and can confidently engage with senior business stakeholders while owning technical architecture from concept through production.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with client-facing leadership, delivery governance, AI security, and enterprise architecture experience.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall software engineering or solution architecture experience.
• Minimum 4+ years designing and delivering Machine Learning / Generative AI solutions.
• Strong experience defining enterprise AI architecture and making critical technical design decisions.
• Hands-on knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks such as:
• LangChain
• LangGraph
• AI Agents
• Multi-Agent Systems
• Experience implementing MCP (Model Context Protocol) integration patterns.
• Strong understanding of LLM integration, tool calling, AI orchestration, RAG, Vector Databases, and enterprise AI architecture.
• Experience defining AI security controls, access boundaries, guardrails, human-in-the-loop workflows, and responsible AI practices.
• Experience establishing release governance, quality gates, compliance reviews, and production readiness processes.
• Strong Cloud experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience working within Agile environments using Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead architecture discussions with executive stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within Financial Services, Banking, Asset Management, or other highly regulated industries.
• Experience building enterprise AI platforms.
• Exposure to AI Governance frameworks.
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Solution Architecture

• Own the end-to-end AI solution architecture.
• Define technical roadmap and architectural standards.
• Make critical design decisions for enterprise AI platforms.
• Guide engineering teams throughout implementation.

AI Platform Design

• Design scalable GenAI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Architect MCP integrations with enterprise tools and data.
• Define AI workflows, tool orchestration, and enterprise integrations.
• Design secure AI access models and guardrails.

Delivery Leadership

• Own technical delivery from planning through production.
• Establish release governance and quality gates.
• Ensure delivery timelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements are met.
• Manage delivery risks and mitigation plans.

Client Engagement

• Serve as the primary technical advisor to the client.
• Lead AI roadmap discussions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Identify new AI opportunities.

Team Leadership

• Mentor engineering teams.
• Coordinate Product, Engineering, and Client stakeholders.
• Remove delivery blockers.
• Partner with Engineering Managers on planning and execution.
