Job Summary

We are seeking a LabWare LIMS Configuration & Integration Specialist to support the LabWare 8 upgrade for a US-based GMP laboratory site. In this role, you will lead a dedicated workstream focused on implementing raw material and commercial product workflows, completing master data configuration, and finalizing integrations with laboratory equipment and enterprise GMP systems.

The successful candidate will translate regulatory, quality, and operational requirements into standardized, compliant LabWare LIMS designs and configurations.

Key Responsibilities

• Workflow & Master Data Configuration: Design, configure, and validate raw material, in-process, and commercial product testing workflows in LabWare 8.
• System Integration: Facilitate and execute integrations between LabWare LIMS and laboratory instruments, equipment, as well as enterprise GMP systems.
• Requirements Translation: Convert complex quality, regulatory, and laboratory operational needs into functional LabWare LIMS designs and technical specifications.
• LabWare 8 Upgrade Support: Assist in data migration, system testing, master data setup, and deployment during the LabWare 8 upgrade process.
• Compliance & Validation: Ensure all configurations and integrations conform to strict cGMP regulations, site-specific SOPs, and data integrity guidelines.
