Key requirements:

1. Must be a third-party individual or entity independent of the project and development team
2. Needs documented experience in UX/UI design, accessibility compliance, and gerontechnology (tech for aging populations)
3. Role is to deliver a written independent review of the prototype app

·       Independence: Must be an individual or entity entirely independent and structurally separate from the project development team.

·       Professional Experience: Documented, verifiable professional experience in UX/UI design and digital product evaluation.

·       Accessibility Expertise: Proven background in digital accessibility compliance (e.g., WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA or AAA standards, Section 508).

·       Gerontechnology Specialization: Demonstrated domain expertise or portfolio examples highlighting work in gerontechnology, aging populations, or user-centered design specifically focused on older adults.

·       Communication: Exceptional technical writing and analytical skills, capable of translating complex UX/accessibility audits into structured, actionable written reports for stakeholders.
