We're looking for ambitious, competitive and driven graduates to join Odiin's January 2027 intake.

Odiin is a specialist headhunting company working with some of the world's most innovative businesses across Trading, Web3 and AI.

You don't need any recruitment experience. We'll teach you everything you need to know.

What will you be doing?

Recruitment is a fast-paced, sales-driven career where you'll build relationships with candidates and help them move in to some of the most dynamic companies in the world.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and approaching talented professionals for opportunities with our clients.
• Building relationships with candidates around the world.
• Negotiating offers and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
• Working towards targets and earning commission from successful placements.

• £24,000 salary plus commission & annual bonus - Average commission across the company is £40,000+
