This employer is seeking a motivated individual to join their dynamic retail team as a First Sales Associate. The Role

• Ensure an exceptional shopping experience for customers, leading to high satisfaction.
• Act as the primary deputy to the Store Manager, overseeing operational workflows and leading the team in a shared capacity.
• Undertake all tasks within the sales floor and back-of-house operations, including stock management and display.
• Verify incoming goods, arrange them on the sales floor, and monitor expiry dates.
• Replenish and check the freshness of produce, fruits, and bakery items.
• Perform cashier duties and assist with warehouse and cleaning tasks.

What You'll Need

• A strong drive and willingness to contribute to team success.
• Completed vocational training in retail, or equivalent experience.
• A friendly demeanor and enthusiasm for customer interaction.
• A proactive and dedicated approach to hands-on tasks.
• Flexibility, team spirit, organizational skills, and leadership experience.
• Good German language skills (B1 level minimum) for effective communication.
