The Role • Conduct cutting-edge research in efficient generative AI, including LLMs, Multi-Modal Foundation Models, LLM Reasoning, Reinforcement Learning, Agentic AI, and Autonomy. • Lead high-impact research initiatives and contribute to the development of production-ready solutions with real-world commercial impact. • Develop creative solutions that address practical challenges for on-device deployment. • Implement and evaluate solutions in both simulation and on-device environments. • Publish research findings in top-tier AI/ML conferences. • Contribute to the company's strategic goals in efficient AI and embedded intelligence. What You'll Need • Proven research excellence demonstrated by publications in top-tier AI/ML conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR, ICCV, ACL, EMNLP). • Deep expertise in Generative AI, Multi-Modal Foundation models, Vision Language Models, Reasoning, Reinforcement Learning, and Agentic AI. • Hands-on experience with model development pipelines, including training, fine-tuning, evaluation, and optimization. • A Master's degree and 2+ years of related work experience, or a PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. • Experience in developing and/or optimizing machine learning models, systems, platforms, or methods.
