As a Logistics Analyst, you'll support space management, security, and facility operations at our Oakland location, maintaining space charts, assisting with security and safety issues, supporting facility projects, and coordinating with vendors and staff to ensure smooth daily operations. You'll play a vital role in upholding safety standards and facilitating effective, secure facility management.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain space charts and diagrams, updating and reporting changes to leadership
• Provide furniture keys to staff and assist with security issues and safety remediation
• Support loading dock operations and help with work orders and mail distribution
• Assist with facility projects and conduct weekly safety/security walk-throughs
• Conduct daily dark studies as required
• Prepare forms related to staffing, facility access, and purchase requests
• Record minutes for the Facility Security Committee
• Escort vendors on-site as needed

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience supporting facility or space management functions
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (no specific degree field required)
• Active Public Trust clearance, or ability to obtain one
