Procurement/SupplyChain Analyst

24 months of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field with exposure to IT and OT procurement.
24 months of experience with the procurement lifecycle (sourcing, negotiation, contracting, purchasing).
24 months of experience with IT (hardware, software, networking) and OT concepts as they related to transportation (traffic management, intelligent transportation systems)
18 months of experience with communicating and coordinating with cross-functional teams (business, technical, security, vendor and procurement) articulating technical and business requirements clearly, both written and verbal.
18 months of experience analyzing data, comparing proposals, and identifying trends.
