Project Manager (W2)

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (Technical PM) with strong technical expertise and exceptional communication skills to lead cross-functional teams and manage client engagements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end project delivery, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, managing project timelines, and ensuring successful execution of technology initiatives.

 

The candidate should be capable of effectively handling both client-facing responsibilities and technical team management while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.

 

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technical projects from initiation through deployment and post-production support.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and business stakeholders.

Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.

Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables.

Coordinate with developers, architects, QA engineers, DevOps, and business teams.

Conduct client meetings, status updates, sprint planning, and project reviews.

Track project progress and proactively identify and mitigate risks.

Ensure effective communication between clients, leadership, and technical teams.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Monitor resource allocation and team performance.

Resolve project issues, conflicts, and escalations in a timely manner.

Prepare project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and executive presentations.

Drive continuous process improvements and ensure adherence to best practices.

Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

8+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years as a Technical Project Manager.

Experience managing multiple technical projects simultaneously.

Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Excellent client-facing presentation and communication skills.

Proven ability to lead distributed and cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
