Job Description

Versorgungsassistent (m/w/d) | München, Germany | Hybrid We are a leading orthopedic specialist clinic with an international reputation, known for providing exceptional patient care and medical innovation. The Role • Undertake a variety of household management tasks to ensure the smooth daily operation of the ward. • Provide patient support through meal and beverage service, and assist with minor nursing duties. • Maintain ward hygiene by cleaning and disinfecting medical devices, trolleys, and instruments. • Welcome new patients, provide orientation to ward routines, and offer support for their queries. • Manage meal services efficiently, ensuring timely distribution and accurate catering to individual dietary needs. • Assist with patient discharge procedures and contribute to ward tidiness and organization. What You'll Need • Completed one-year training as a nursing assistant, elder care assistant, or nursing care assistant. • Empathy, respect, and a sensitive approach when interacting with patients and their families. • A responsible, flexible, and proactive attitude, with a strong ability to work collaboratively in a team. • For applicants born after January 1, 1971, proof of adequate vaccination or immunity against measles is required.
