*Job Description*
We are seeking a *Senior Java Full Stack Developer* with 10+ years of experience to lead the design and development of enterprise-scale applications in a Hybrid model in Baltimore, MD.

*Key Responsibilities*
- Develop and maintain scalable *backend services using Java 8+, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Microservices architecture*
- Build responsive and dynamic *frontends using , Redux, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3*
- Design and consume *RESTful APIs* and integrate with third-party systems
- Work with *Relational Databases* like MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle and write optimized SQL queries
- Deploy and manage applications on *AWS/Azure* using *Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines*
- Participate in code reviews, system design discussions, and technical mentoring
- Write unit tests using *JUnit, Mockito* and ensure code quality and performance

*Required Skills*
- *10+ Years* overall software development experience
- *5+ Years* hands-on with *Java, Spring Boot, Microservices*
- *4+ Years* hands-on with *React.js* and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Strong knowledge of *SQL, JPA/Hibernate, Data Structures*
- Experience with *AWS or Azure, Git, Jenkins, Maven/Gradle*
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills

*Preferred Skills*
- Experience with *TypeScript, Material UI, Tailwind*
- Knowledge of *Kafka, GraphQL, OAuth2, JWT*
- Agile methodology and Fintech/Banking domain experience
