About the Opportunity:

We are looking for a high-calibre professional to take ownership of complex client engagements and projects across our BFSI business.

This is a high-ownership role that sits at the intersection of client management, product delivery, and technology. You will work closely with external clients, Product, Engineering, and leadership teams to drive successful outcomes.

The role is suited for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, working with customized technology products, managing challenging client situations, and taking ownership beyond standard project tracking and delivery.

What you will do:

• Own complex client engagements and projects end-to-end.
• Manage relationships with senior client stakeholders and ensure strong client engagement.
• Translate client requirements into clear priorities for Product and Engineering teams.
• Drive implementations, customizations, change requests, and delivery commitments.
• Manage escalations, competing priorities, and challenging situations with sound judgement.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to resolve issues and drive outcomes.
• Identify risks early and proactively drive resolution.
• Build long-term client relationships and contribute to client retention.
• Provide clear visibility to leadership on project progress, risks, dependencies, and client expectations.

What are we looking for:

• Strong experience in Project / Program Management within a product-based technology company.
• Experience managing external clients and complex technology engagements.
• Experience working with customized products, implementations, or change requests.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in high-pressure and high-criticality environments.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and drive outcomes.
• Cybersecurity experience will be highly valued.
• BFSI / Banking experience will be an advantage.
• Experience with predominantly domestic clients will be preferred.
• Immediate joiners only.
• Willingness to work 5 days from our Pune office.
