Senior Python Data Scientist [$262k/yr+] TS/SCI-FS Poly with Security Clearance

Summary: • Develop advanced applications leveraging Python, geospatial programming packages, and cloud infrastructure. • Design, provision, and manage AWS resources utilizing EC2, Lambda, S3, IAM, and AWS CDK. • Integrate and maintain search services, databases, and containerized workflows across cloud platforms.

Qualifications && Compensation: • Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Years of experience: 13+ years • Total Compensation: $299k+ yearly (tentative) Job Description: • Develop and maintain applications using Python, geospatial tools, and specialized data formats. • Provision and manage AWS infrastructure using AWS Cloud Development Kit (CDK), EC2, S3, and Lambda functions. • Configure and enforce resource security and authorization policies using AWS IAM. • Implement and optimize search solutions with Elasticsearch and Amazon OpenSearch. • Interface with SQL and NoSQL database management systems. • Collaborate on codebases and version contr ol using GitHub and DevOps practices. • Provide cross-cloud support with Microsoft Azure when required.
