The Product Data Management (PDM) Coordinator 1 supports product data administration tasks ensuring the accuracy and integrity of product data within Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and related systems. This entry-level role focuses on data entry, verification, and basic configuration management to support cross-functional teams.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to:

Support customer data administration by uploading and maintaining Approved Manufacturer Lists (AML), Bills of Materials (BOM), and simple Engineering Change Orders (ECO) to ensure accuracy in PLM systems.

Perform basic data inspections and comparisons to identify and escalate data integrity issues.

Assist senior team members with troubleshooting and training by preparing accurate input data and verifying outputs.

Maintain document filing and organization within PLM to ensure clarity and accessibility of records.

Communicate with requestors to resolve basic issues related to minimum requirements and data accuracy.
