The Role

• Design, implement, and troubleshoot operational server systems and prototypes based on engineering data and government requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including network and system engineers and vendors, to identify and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Prioritize system outages, projects, and tasks, providing technical leadership and support to ensure optimal system performance.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair systems infrastructure, ensuring operational continuity.
• Communicate and coordinate technical issue resolution with data center engineering teams.

What You'll Need

• A minimum of five years of detailed technical experience in system engineering or a related field within the last seven years.
• Proven experience in prioritizing system outages and projects, and providing technical assistance to a team.
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing operational server systems and prototypes.
• Extensive knowledge of systems principles, protocols, and design for optimal performance evaluation.
• Experience with cloud engineering and migration strategies.
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to pass a Federal Law Enforcement Background Investigation.
