Job Description

Our client is looking for a Sales & Order Executive to join their friendly team. This is a varied role where you'll manage customer orders from enquiry through to delivery, while building strong relationships and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

While experience in the horse industry is not essential, it would be advantageous.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work autonomously when needed. If you are a positive, adaptable, and organised individual looking to be part of a collaborative team, we'd love to hear from you!

Full time, office-based role near Bicester, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm offering 27,000 per annum

Details of the Sales & Order Executive:

  • Handle customer enquiries by phone, email and website
  • Process orders and update customers throughout production
  • Schedule work into the production team and monitor progress
  • Provide product advice and support sales opportunities
  • Carry out final quality checks before dispatch
  • Package orders and arrange deliveries
  • Support the workshop team with basic production tasks during quieter periods
  • Work independently when required and liaise closely with the Sales & Production Manager

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous customer service, sales administration or order processing experience
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Good attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple orders and priorities
  • Able to work independently and use initiative
  • Full UK driving licence and own transport essential
  • Interest or experience in the equestrian or horse racing industry would be advantageous but is not essential
