Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in the bicycle equipment/supply industry, is seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator to join their team. As an HR Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the Human Resources department supporting recruitment and staffing initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: HR Coordinator

Location: Bloomington, MN

Pay Range: $25.50 - $30.00/hour

Shift: Monday - Friday; 8:00AM - 4:30PM (Flexible)

What's the Job?

  • Screen potential candidates and review applications in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for various roles within the Distribution Center.
  • Conduct brief phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and interest.
  • Coordinate and schedule on-site interviews with members of the Distribution Center leadership team.
  • Extend verbal offers to successful candidates and follow-up throughout the hiring process.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team in maintaining a positive candidate experience and ensuring timely communication.

What's Needed?

  • HS/GED Completion required, Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR recruitment, with a focus on high-volume hiring.
  • Experience recruiting for warehouse, manufacturing, retail, or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HRIS, and ATS systems; experience with UKG (UltiPro) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
