The Role

• Processing incidents and requests via the iNet ticketing system
• Identifying, qualifying, and clarifying technical issues, escalating when necessary
• Dispatching open tickets and coordinating the base support deployment plan
• Preparing regular ITSM reports and communicating status updates and solutions to end-users
• Proactively monitoring system availability and contributing to early problem detection across IT areas

What You'll Need

• Successfully completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable IT qualification/experience
• Proven experience in analyzing and resolving hardware incidents
• Knowledge of client environments with Windows 8, 10, Office, and ideally application operation under Citrix
• Good command of German and job-related English, both written and spoken
• Reliability, teamwork, and a service-oriented mindset
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style with analytical thinking skills
