The Role • Operate and maintain CNC machines for the high-volume production of precision components for combustion engines and electric drives. • Manufacture small and series parts, performing visual and dimensional checks against strict tolerances. • Monitor the production process, identify, and resolve minor issues to ensure smooth operations. • Guarantee the quality of manufactured parts and document results in the quality assurance system. What You'll Need • A minimum of 2 years of vocational training in metal processing, such as a Metal Technician or Machinist specialization. • Preferably, some prior professional experience in metal technology or machining. • A meticulous and reliable work approach. • Willingness to work in a shift system and a strong team-player attitude.
