Job Description

5+ years of experience supporting laboratory IT infrastructure or scientific computing environments.

Strong hands-on experience with Windows OS deployment, imaging, reimaging, and operating system upgrades.

Advanced proficiency in Windows PowerShell scripting and automation.

Hands-on experience supporting Waters Empower CDS environments.

Experience deploying and supporting Waters LACE (Laboratory Acquisition and Control Environment).

Strong understanding of chromatography instrument connectivity through LACE.

Experience configuring laboratory instruments for integration with Waters Empower.

Strong knowledge of:

Active Directory

Windows networking

IP Addressing

DNS

Network Bridging

Experience troubleshooting Windows operating systems, laboratory software, network connectivity, and instrument communication.

Familiarity with ALM and ServiceNow for incident, change, and deployment management.
