The Role • Build and lead your own fitness studio as an independent entrepreneur. • Take full responsibility for business operations, including personnel, revenue, costs, and quality. • Drive local marketing initiatives and member acquisition strategies. • Ensure an exceptional studio experience for all members. • Uphold and implement the brand and quality standards of the company. • Motivate, lead, and develop your team of employees.
