Senior ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a Technical Consultant with a focus on ServiceNow to enhance business processes and streamline operations. In this role, you will be instrumental in implementing and supporting ServiceNow solutions, working collaboratively to ensure alignment with organizational goals. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement based in Canberra, open to applicants across Australia, excluding NT.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with ServiceNow, including ITSM and integrations
• Proficient in configuration, workflows, and scripting within the ServiceNow platform
• Ability to gather and analyze business requirements to suggest improvements
• Familiarity with ITIL best practices and ServiceNow certification is a plus
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and change management
