The Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic and commercially minded Marketing Lead to take ownership of UK marketing activity, working closely with commercial teams to shape direction and deliver impactful, insight-led campaigns.

This is a key role focused on strengthening market presence, driving customer engagement, and supporting sustainable commercial growth across both existing and new business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver the UK marketing strategy in alignment with commercial objectives
  • Drive brand presence across campaigns, communications, exhibitions and industry events
  • Work closely with sales and commercial teams to support growth initiatives
  • Lead on exhibition and event strategy to maximise commercial impact
  • Provide clear briefs and direction to the wider marketing team
  • Analyse performance and use insights to continuously improve marketing activity
  • Ensure all marketing output is consistent, high quality and commercially effective

About You

  • Strong experience in UK-focused B2B marketing (some B2C exposure desirable)
  • Proven experience delivering campaigns, events and marketing activity that drives results
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to work closely with sales teams
  • Confident stakeholder manager with excellent communication skills
  • Analytical and insight-driven approach to decision making
  • Experience working in fast-paced, commercially driven environments
  • Degree or relevant qualification in Marketing, Events or related field
