Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in FHIR, HL7, healthcare data exchange.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Databricks.
  • Agile, Azure DevOps/JIRA.
  • Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management.
  • Healthcare domains: Claims, Enrollment, Care Management, Utilization Management, Quality/HEDIS, Risk Adjustment, Prior Authorizations, Managed Care/Payer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document business/technical requirements.
  • Work with HL7, FHIR, CCD, ADT, SIU standards.
  • Analyze healthcare data using SQL and Databricks.
  • Create BRDs, data mappings, business rules, process flows, and data specifications.
  • Support testing, QA, and data validation.
  • Collaborate with business, IT, and vendors.
  • Ensure CMS/ONC interoperability compliance.
  • Mentor junior BAs and drive projects independently.
