Role: Direct Client - Digital Product Manager Sr
Location: Hybrid - Seattle WA (4 days a week in office)

Job Description
  • Leading the development of new products and product related marketing opportunities within a category.
  • Develops strategic assessments for products and manages the product performance against operating plans and budgets to achieve financial and business objectives.
  • Progressive experience in digital product management.
  • MBA preferred. 5 years

Required background & Skills

  • 5 years digital project management

  • Experience in highly matrixed company

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Depending which project they’re added to day to day tasks may vary
  • Work cross functionally with teams to ideate, test, build, and ship features for the apps
  • Responsible for beginning to end product delivery
  • More meeting heavy role
  • Data analysis (ability to track metrics and report on how the feature is doing)

Interaction level with team:

  • Moderate to high based on daily needs

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Ex with AB testing
  • Copilot/GitHub
  • MBA or higher
  • Customer facing product management
  • Former Starbucks experience in related role

Disqualifiers:

  • Missing must have skills
  • Not able to be onsite 4x per week
  • Job hopping (not completing contracts)
  • Missing required technology skillsets
  • Has never partnered directly with engineering team
