What You'll Do

As a Storm Restoration Sales Specialist, you'll help homeowners navigate the restoration process while managing customer relationships from start to finish.

Your responsibilities include:

Meeting homeowners in neighborhoods affected by hail and storm damage

Performing exterior property and roof inspections

Identifying storm-related damage and explaining available restoration solutions

Guiding homeowners through the insurance claims process

Coordinating roofing restoration projects from inspection through completion

Delivering exceptional customer service throughout every project

Building long-term relationships that generate referrals and repeat business

Requirements

Valid driver's license

Pickup truck (or ability to obtain one within 60 days)

Ability to complete our paid 90-day training program in Dallas, Texas

Comfortable climbing ladders and performing roof inspections safely
