The Role • Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support. • Provide quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members in need. • Tackle a variety of challenges, from flat batteries to complex fault-finding. • Combine technical expertise with outstanding member service on the roadside. • Start and end your shift from home, working on demand-led shifts. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent). • At least 2 years' post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience. • A customer-focused approach and ability to remain calm under pressure. • A full UK driving licence. • The ability to think on your feet and make the right call for each customer.
