This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team focused on critical financial systems and data infrastructure. • Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows using Snowflake, AWS, dbt, and/or Informatica. • Ensure data integrity through automated quality checks, regression testing, and validation frameworks. • Plan, manage, and deliver end-to-end data engineering projects and contribute to larger cross-functional programs. • Support dashboard and reporting development using BI tools to deliver KPI insights and enhance financial processes. • Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate development, data validation, and analysis workflows. • Stay current on new data technologies, AI, ML, and best practices, sharing insights and contributing to design standards. • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 4+ years of experience in data engineering or architecture, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • 4+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering, business intelligence, and enterprise analytics. • Advanced SQL proficiency and experience with data integration tools like dbt or Informatica. • Strong working experience with data modeling, data access, schemas, and storage techniques within Snowflake. • Experience designing and developing scalable data pipelines in cloud environments (AWS, Snowflake) and with relational databases (SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL). • Experience with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau), data quality tools, and Agile methodologies. • Flexible, self-managed vacation policy and 7 paid holidays. • Generous paid wellness time and eligibility for various other paid time off benefits (bereavement, jury duty, volunteer, parental, etc.). • Opportunities for professional growth and development in emerging technologies and AI. • Collaborative team environment focused on innovation and data-driven solutions.
