Must-Have Skills:

• 11+ years of experience in QA/Test Lead or QA/Test Manager roles leading enterprise testing initiatives.
• Extensive hands-on experience with data validation, data migration, and ETL testing.
• Proven experience leading functional testing across EHR (Electronic Health Record) modules, including clinical workflows, scheduling, orders, medications, documentation, and billing.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR) and EHR implementation or migration projects.
• Familiarity with test automation tools, performance testing, and healthcare regulatory requirements (HIPAA).
