Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Ø            Azure Architecture & Engineering: Azure VMs, VNets, NSGs, Azure AD, Storage, Monitoring, Log Analytics • 

Ø            Infrastructure as Code & Automation: Terraform, ARM templates, Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines 

Ø            Cloud Security & Compliance: MFA (PingID, YubiKey), Identity Governance (Saviynt), vulnerability remediation 

Ø            Cloud Operations & Reliability: Performance tuning, availability, patching, monitoring, Tier 2/3 support 

Ø            Hybrid & Cloud Migration: On prem to Azure migrations, application modernization 

Ø            Scripting & Tooling: PowerShell, Azure CL

Ø            PeopleSoft Administration & Support

Roles & Responsibilities (L2/L3 Only)

Ø            Implement automated Azure infrastructure provisioning using Terraform (IaC) and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines

Ø            Design and lead migration of 25+ Azure-hosted applications, coordinating application teams, cyber, and infrastructure to ensure secure, highly available deployments.

Ø            Build unified Azure security and vulnerability dashboards using Azure Monitor / Log Analytics to track vulnerabilities, patch status, and compliance posture for CIO/CISO leadership

Ø            Enforce Azure security controls including PingID and YubiKey MFA, Saviynt access governance, and infrastructure compliance policies, addressing findings and risks. • Led governance routines (weekly/monthly/quarterly) present Azure risk, performance, and cost metrics, along with remediation and optimization recommendations.
