Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager IT to lead the delivery of enterprise platform features and digital initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage multiple Agile software development projects, collaborate with global cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of strategic programs within scope, schedule, and budget.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple IT projects/programs simultaneously.
Drive planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of enterprise initiatives.
Coordinate with development, Scrum, business, and technical teams across global locations.
Manage project charters, schedules, budgets, communications, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Define program scope, milestones, success metrics, and stakeholder communication plans.
Provide regular status updates and executive-level reporting.
Work closely with Product Owners to prioritize requirements and align delivery with business goals.
Support Agile and Waterfall methodologies while promoting DevOps, CI/CD, and best practices.
Mentor junior Project Managers and foster collaboration across teams.
Track budgets, forecasts, and program performance throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor''s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field with 8+ years of professional experience, or a Master''s degree with 5+ years of experience.
5+ years of Agile Project/Program Management experience.
Experience managing enterprise software development programs within large matrix organizations.
Experience working with data engineering teams on end-to-end application and data migration initiatives.
Technical background in software development or engineering management.
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.
Strong experience with risk management, stakeholder management, budgeting, and program governance.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with globally distributed teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Scrum Master certification.
Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience leading cross-functional system testing initiatives.
Knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies.
AWS Cloud certifications.
