About the opportunity

Connect with donors. Grow revenue. Create impact that matters. Mercy Health Foundation is building something ambitious. We are scaling our fundraising to support world-class care across hospitals, aged care, and community services. This role is central to that growth. As our Fundraising Digital & Communications Specialist, you will lead the delivery of high-quality, digitally led fundraising communications that drive fundraising revenue, donor acquisition, engagement and retention. You will ensure a seamless supporter experience across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

To thrive in this role, you are commercially minded, proactive, and motivated by results. You likely bring:

• 2-5 years' experience in fundraising, marketing or digital communications
• Demonstrated experience delivering digital campaigns, including email and website content
• Experience managing or contributing to website platforms and content optimisation
• The ability to analyse performance and improve results
• Most importantly, you are someone who wants to build, test, and grow, not just deliver.
