Senior Ad Operations & Infrastructure Manager

Job Description
We are a fast-growing performance marketing company managing high-volume advertising campaigns across Meta and other traffic sources. We are looking for an experienced Ad Operations & Infrastructure Manager to own and maintain our Meta advertising infrastructure.
This is not an entry-level role. You must have hands-on experience managing Facebook profiles, Business Managers (BMs), ad accounts, proxies, anti-detect browsers, and vendor relationships at scale.
Responsibilities- Source, manage, and maintain Facebook profiles and advertising assets.
- Set up, organize, and monitor Business Managers, ad accounts, pages, domains, and related infrastructure.
- Work directly with profile, BM, and ad account vendors.
- Ensure all advertising infrastructure remains stable, organized, and operational.
- Manage anti-detect browser environments such as Multilogin, Octo Browser, AdsPower, or similar tools.
- Configure and maintain proxy infrastructure and browser fingerprinting setups.
- Track asset ownership, permissions, access levels, and account health.
- Maintain detailed documentation and asset inventories.
- Troubleshoot account access, verification, and operational issues.
- Coordinate with media buyers to ensure campaigns launch smoothly.
- Implement processes that reduce downtime and infrastructure risks.
- Monitor infrastructure performance and proactively identify issues before they impact operations.
- 3+ years of experience in Facebook/Meta ad operations.
- Strong understanding of Meta Business Manager ecosystem.
- Experience managing large numbers of Facebook profiles, pages, BMs, and ad accounts.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Multilogin
- Octo Browser
- AdsPower (preferred)
- Residential & Datacenter Proxies
- Browser Fingerprinting Technologies
- Experience working with vendors and sourcing advertising assets.
- Highly organized with strong documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing, lead generation, or performance marketing is a major advantage.
- Experience supporting media buying teams spending $50,000+/month.
- Knowledge of account risk management and infrastructure scaling.
- Experience with Clickflare, Voluum, Everflow, or similar tracking platforms.
- Understanding of domain management, DNS, and landing page infrastructure.
- Advertising infrastructure remains organized and operational.
- Media buyers have uninterrupted access to required assets.
- Vendor relationships are managed efficiently.
- Asset inventory and permissions are always up to date.
- Infrastructure-related downtime is minimized.
