Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on, results-oriented Regional Vice President to lead a multi-market portfolio in the New York market surrounding regions. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving operational performance, financial results, and leadership development across multiple markets with $40M–$60M in annual revenue.
This role blends strategic leadership with field-based execution oversight, ensuring that each market operates at a high standard of efficiency, profitability, and accountability. The Regional Vice President will work closely with senior leadership to translate company strategy into measurable results across all locations while developing a strong pipeline of operational leaders.

Regional Vice President – Requirements & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in multi-unit or multi-market operations
- Proven success managing full P&L responsibility for $20M–$60M+ portfolios
- Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, EBITDA, and variance analysis
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational performance across multiple markets simultaneously
- Experience building accountability-driven cultures and high-performing leadership teams
- Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization
- Ability to balance strategic planning with field-level operational insight
- Willingness to travel regularly across assigned markets
Regional Vice President – Preferred Background & Skills:
- Background in waste management, environmental services, logistics, home services, or route-based operations
- Experience in high-growth, multi-market organizations
- Proven track record of improving EBITDA and operational efficiency across multiple locations
- Experience building and scaling leadership development programs
- Familiarity with KPI dashboards, operational scorecards, and performance management systems
- Strong ability to translate corporate strategy into field execution
- Experience leading decentralized teams in fast-paced operational environments
