Job Description

Role Overview

Lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft 365 and enterprise transformation programs, ensuring milestone-driven execution, stakeholder alignment, and governance as per SOW commitments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own overall program delivery across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, AI, Data (Fabric), and Integration workstreams
  • Manage milestone-based execution (Assessment Design Migration Go-live/Hypercare)
  • Drive planning, tracking, risk management, and reporting against defined timelines
  • Ensure coordination across business, IT, security, and vendor teams
  • Lead stakeholder discussions, design reviews, and governance forums
  • Manage scope, change requests, dependencies, and escalations
  • Ensure quality deliverables and compliance with documentation standards
  • Drive user adoption, change management, and hypercare readiness

Required Experience

  • 10+ years in IT delivery with enterprise transformation programs (Microsoft ecosystem)
  • Strong expertise in M365, SharePoint migrations, or platform modernization
  • Hands-on experience in fixed-price / milestone-based SOW engagements
  • Strong stakeholder management (CXO / business / IT)
  • Experience with Agile + Waterfall (hybrid delivery models)
  • Strong skills in risk, financial, and dependency management

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to AI strategy programs / Microsoft Copilot initiatives
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric / Data platforms
  • PMP / PRINCE2 / SAFe certification

Key Deliverables Ownership

  • Program plan, RAID logs, governance reporting
  • Milestone delivery assurance and sign-offs
  • Risk mitigation and escalation management
  • XXX communication and stakeholder updates
