Job Description

We are looking for Intelex Product Architect for our client in Fremont, CA.

Job Title: Intelex Product Architect

Job Location: Fremont, CA

Job Type: Contract

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $95.00hr - $100.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Minimum 6 years of direct, hands-on Intelex (EHSQ) platform experience in an implementation or architect capacity.
  • Demonstrated expertise in at least 5 Intelex modules, with at least 3 full lifecycle implementations.
  • Proven experience integrating Intelex with one or more of: Enhesa, Enablon, SAP EHS, Tririga, or Metrio.
  • Strong understanding of EHS regulatory frameworks including OSHA, EPA, RCRA, TSCA, and ISO 14001/45001.
  • Knowledge of ESG reporting standards such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, and CDP.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, ETL, data migration, and enterprise integrations.
  • Experience working within semi-conductor, electronics manufacturing, or advanced manufacturing industries is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Intelex EHSQ platform architecture, configuration, deployment, and administration.
  • Conduct workshops, roadmap planning, and stakeholder management.
  • Deliver C-level presentations regarding solution architecture.
  • Manage ESG and Sustainability Management, Waste Management, and Audit & Inspection Management modules.
  • Oversee Risk Management (JSEA / HIRA), Incident & Corrective Action (CAPA), and Management of Change (MOC).
  • Handle Training Management, Competency, and Compliance Obligation Tracking.
  • Integrate Intelex with ecosystem platforms including Enhesa, Metrio, Enablon, SAP EHS, and IBM Tririga.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with iPaaS tools such as MuleSoft or Dell Boomi.
