The Role

  • Full responsibility for the management and coordination of complex projects in modern timber construction.
  • Development of technical concepts and structural details during the planning phase.
  • Ensuring adherence to cost, schedule, and quality targets through project controlling.
  • Active communication and negotiation with clients, authorities, and subcontractors.
  • Providing technical leadership to project teams and close collaboration with internal departments.
  • Preparation of tender documents and participation in the awarding of construction contracts.

What You'll Need

  • Successfully completed studies in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Timber Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
  • Solid professional experience in construction, ideally with a focus on timber construction, project management, or real estate management.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard software (CAD, AVA) and solid MS Office skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work.
  • Team spirit, strong communication skills, and a confident demeanor when interacting with clients and partners.
