This role can be based in Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane, with flexibility and collaboration across states.

About the role

• Translate the Water Digital Engineering Strategy into actionable plans and deliver outcomes in partnership with the digital/drafting team.
• Identify projects and programs to embed digital engineering practices and lead implementation through to completion.
• Act as a power user-champion the strategy through working groups, technical briefings, and knowledge sharing sessions.
• Build capability by mentoring drafting staff and delivering training programmes (classroom and on the job).
• Support technical excellence in BIM compliant modelling, interdisciplinary coordination, and digital workflows.

About you

• Experience in planning and implementing change management and strategic objectives.
• Advanced skills in digital drafting, detailing, and design software.
• Strong understanding of Digital Engineering/BIM software, including interdisciplinary coordination; water industry experience preferred.
• Exposure to 4D/5D modelling and Civil 3D highly regarded.
• Ability to manage internal and external client relationships and expectations.
• Experience in resource coordination and project delivery.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.

How You'll Work
