In-Home Sales Representative

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to drive residential exterior home improvement sales, including roofing, siding, windows, doors, gutters, and insulation. In this field-based role, you'll visit pre-set and self-generated appointments, assess customer needs, and present tailored solutions using our high-quality materials and expert installation services. You'll deliver detailed proposals, close contracts at the kitchen table, and coordinate seamlessly with our production team. Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with residential homeowners
• Assess roofing, siding, window, door, gutter, and insulation needs
• Present product options, estimates, and project solutions
• Prepare and deliver accurate proposals and contracts
• Follow up on leads and manage sales pipeline
• Close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets
• Collaborate with production and installation teams for handoff
• Maintain detailed records in CRM or sales systems
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity
