Core EC skills (4-7 years or more). The client expects the resource to have a good understanding of EC/ Business processes along with technical knowledge of core EC concepts like:
EC data models, MDF, business rules, workflows, RBP and all the core concepts along with configuration knowledge
Position management
Understanding of instance refresh process
Familiarity with Incident and Change management
Strong ability to perform Impact analysis for the sprint work and solution design based on the business requirement
