📍 Location: Pennington, NJ (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite, 2 Days Remote)

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Appium, Java, Perfecto, and Selenium to design and enhance enterprise mobile test automation frameworks.

🔹 Required Skills
• 5–7+ years of Mobile Test Automation experience
• Bachelor''s degree or equivalent experience
• Strong expertise in Java and Shell Scripting (Mandatory)
• Hands-on experience with Appium (Mandatory)
• Experience with Perfecto for Mobile Automation, Performance & Monitoring (Primary Skill)
• Strong experience with Selenium and TestNG
• Experience building mobile automation frameworks from scratch
• Knowledge of Espresso or XCUITest is a plus
• Experience with Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, Perforce, and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Required to use GitHub Copilot

🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain mobile automation frameworks using Java and Appium
• Build automated UI, functional, regression, and performance tests
• Enhance existing automation frameworks and improve test coverage
• Participate in code reviews and quality improvement initiatives
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams
• Maintain regression suites to support changing business requirements
• Identify issues early in the development lifecycle and drive quality improvements

🔹 Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with continuous integration and automated unit testing
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
